BuildIT! goals: your benefits
BuildIT! partners are developing innovative solutions for professionals involved in adult education, with whom they will test a handbook, validate and design it according to their needs! To be part of this process will have direct impacts on their professional and personal levels, in terms of management and development of activities from scratch. It will also level-up their self-confidence as they will create best practices for their work, for better results and innovation.
European NEEts and low skills adults will also be involved in the project! To boost their educational skills and increase their motivation in learning, they will have the opportunity to design an educational tool in line with their personal need! They will have hands-on the process, the use of familiar procedures by utilising building blocks, puzzles and other materials from which anyone can create and build will strengthen their belief in their abilities! These approaches aim to raise the development of their transversal skills and to facilitate their entry in the job market.
